Landside Technician
The England Industrial Airpark & Community is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landside Technician to join our maintenance team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our facilities and grounds safe, clean, and well-maintained. If you take pride in hands-on work and enjoy being outdoors, we want to hear from you!
The Landside Technician is responsible for maintaining the grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and cleaning drainage ditches. The role requires operation and maintenance of various equipment including lawn and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chain saws, and blowers, ensuring all equipment is used safely and properly maintained.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general maintenance or landscaping.
- Skilled in operating lawn and landscaping equipment and using hand/power tools.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
